The banks of mailboxes and package lockers are the property of the homeowners association. We are responsible for maintaining them. Homeowners should pass mailbox keys to new owners during sale transactions. Contact the Board if you need assistance.
The mail carrier is a private contractor based out of the Palmer post office. They hav a master key but not keys to any individual box. Be sure to add information inside your mailbox, such as family names, business names, and phone numbers so they can contact you if need be.
After you retrieve your package, please close the package locker door and notify us right away about any issues with locks or lockers.
